On 21 May, HUFS JMCE invited Peteris Vaivars, Ambassador of Latvia to the South Korea and co-hosted a special lecture with HUFS Society for the International and Area Studies at lecture room in Faculty Building. Under the theme of ‘Latvia. Get to Know it! Latvia-Korea relations,’ it was useful to know overview of Latvia on its economy, industry and culture as well as Korea-Latvia relations. Students atteding the special lecture were able to broaden their understanding of immigration issues in Latvia and Latvia-China relations through Q&A session.
