On February 21st, the HUFS Jean Monnet EU Centre hosted a colloquium on the topic of “The Institutional Development of EU Climate Change Policy and its Implications” in the meeting room 1102 of the HUFS Main Building.
Starting with an introduction on the current climate change policy situation and purpose of the European Union, Sin Eui Chan (HUFS GSIAS Doctoral student) explained the EU＇s institutional and structural development of climate change policy and presented the ETS as a core program.
