HUFS JMCE(lead by Director Kim Si-Hong) hosted an international conference on the theme of “A New Paradigm for Korea-EU Relations” in the Conference room on the 11th floor of the main Building, on 3:00 pm., Tuesday, December 6. At this meeting, former EU Ambassador to South Korea Michael Reiterer and Professor Thomas Christianson of LUISS University in Rome were invited to listen to the proposal, and there was a discussion between Professor Hwang Jae-ho(HUFS DIS), Professor Mason Richey(HUFS GSIAS), Professor Kim Bong-chul(EU Research Director) and Professor Lee Moo-sung(Myeongji University). Professor Christianson is a prominent scholar who also serves as Chief editor of the SSCI journal, Journal of European Integration. In addition, the visit also led to further discussions on the conclusion of a Dual Degree agreement with the prestigious LUISS University in Rome and HUFS.
