The HUFS Jean Monnet EU Center (Director: Kim Bong-chul) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The King Prajadhipok’s Institute on 30 March 2026 at the Sky Lounge of the Main Building, Seoul Campus. The agreement aims to promote democracy and governance.
This MOU was established to foster cooperation and knowledge exchange based on mutual benefit, and to expand the scope of research and education for the shared interests of both institutions.
The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from the EU Center and KPI, who discussed directions for joint research and institutional collaboration. In particular, participants exchanged views on enhancing academic cooperation in the field of democracy and governance, as well as on effectively linking ongoing research initiatives at both institutions.
Under this agreement, the two institutions plan to collaborate across various areas, including joint and comparative research, co-publication of academic outputs, and the organization of seminars and academic conferences.
